Robert works with a solution focused approach and a systemic attitude. His mission is to enable personal and organizational development with meaning and purpose. He focuses on the resources and potentials of his clients and helps them to creating useful solutions. He is experienced in leadership coaching and mindful leadership, strategic leadership development programmes, performance tuning for teams and organizational units, conflict resolution, strategic HR-management and organizational transformation.
Robert has a wide industry experience (such as automotive, consulting, financial industry, FMCG, F&B, healthcare, schools and universities, steel and metal industry), and his cross cultural experience derives from missions in more than 20 countries with clients from more than 40 nations. Robert holds a degree in law from University of Vienna, a post graduate qualification in management for executives from Vienna University of Economics and Business, and a post graduate qualification for systemic organizational consulting and coaching. He is trained in Brief Solution Focused Coaching, Hypnosystemic Coaching, Whole Scale Change, Systems Thinking and Systemic Constellations, Presencing and Group Dynamics.
Robert works as consultant, trainer and coach since 2005. Before that he had various roles in the financial industry in A and CEE (head of HR and authorized representative, in house lawyer, data security officer and trainer). Prior to this he did legal clerkships at a higher regional court, in a law firm and on a University. During his army service in the reservist troop of Austrian Armed Forces he was teaching officer and served in the United Nations peacekeeping mission on Cyprus.
Robert holds Austrian citizenship, works both in German and English, and lives in the thermal region in Bad Voeslau/Austria.
