Keith is a Consultant and Coach with experience across a wide range of industry sectors and organisations. Most recently he has been contributing to business education in the UK, at the University of Warwick, and overseas with Warwick partners in Hong Kong, Beijing and Thailand. He is also currently involved in an ongoing leadership development and coaching intervention with a global lubricants company.

Keith started his career with British Telecom in a range of management roles and as a Change Agent. Since branching out on his own, he has engaged with major clients in Banking, Civil Construction, Logistics and Transport Infrastructure in the UK., Europe and the Far East. Many of these engagements have been part of wider strategic initiatives and Keith specialises in connecting change to the over-arching strategic context faced by organisations in a rapidly evolving global environment. This forms a key element of his teaching work in the areas of Strategic Change and Strategic Human Resource Management.

He holds a BSc in Politics from the University of Bristol and a post-graduate Diploma in Labour Studies and Industrial Relations from the University of Westminster. Keith’s continuing professional development is in the social psychology of Transactional Analysis, under a learning contract certified by the European Association of Transactional Analysis.
